I've been where you are right now. I am the mother of 3 adult children. I used to struggle with so much worry, frustration and disappointment in my life which manifested in my relationships. I agonized over the choices my children were making. I wanted connection with my kids but it felt so painful. The years went by and it only seemed to get worse. When I found life coaching, everything changed.
I learned to:
- Stop my mind from spinning in fear and worry
- Manage my emotions and not expect others to make me feel better
- Listen intentionally to truly connect with my children
- Become aware of my mind and the results I was creating
- Stop people pleasing
- Let others make their own choices and not make it mean anything about me
- Live my life with intention and purpose
